In this brief introduction, I'll share a little about myself and guide you on how to make the most of this course to achieve truly transformative results.

Day 1- Deep Breathing & Lymphatic Drainage

Day 1- Focuses on deep breathing and lymphatic drainage massage to boost skin radiance and reduce stress. Deep breathing increases oxygen levels, reduces inflammation, and helps maintain collagen, promoting a glowing, youthful appearance.

The gentle lymphatic drainage massage further reduces puffiness, enhances circulation, and promotes detoxification, giving your face a naturally lifted and contoured look. Practice regularly for lasting radiance, and remember to stay hydrated to support detoxification!

Day 2: Relax the Shoulders and Lift, Firm and Tone The Neck

Day 2- Focuses on the neck and shoulders, areas that often show aging and tension. With age, collagen and muscle tone naturally decline, impacting these areas. This class will help lift and strengthen neck muscles, release tension, and stimulate collagen for a more radiant, lifted look. You’ll feel amazing!

Day 3- The lower face lift

Day 3- Focuses is on lifting the lower face. Aging can causes fat pads to descend and muscle degeneration, which can make the face look gaunt. By strengthening and toning these muscles, we can create a more lifted, youthful appearance. Get ready to energize the lower face and leave with a toned, glowing look!

Day 4 -Lift & Refresh the Eyes

Day 4- Focuses on the eye area, often prone to sunken eyes, puffiness, dark circles, and dehydration. These exercises will lift, strengthen, and energize the eyes for a more open, vibrant look. Regular practice improves circulation and helps remove toxins—just remember to be gentle with this delicate skin!

Day 5 - Lift & Relax the Forehead

Day 5- Focuses is on the forehead. Repetitive expressions like raising eyebrows and furrowing the brow lead to lines that become more noticeable with age due to collagen loss. These face yoga techniques help reduce and prevent lines by strengthening and toning the muscles for a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Day 6- Lifting & Sculpting Face Massage

Day 6- Is a beautiful rejuvenating lifting and sculpting face massage. This massage boosts circulation for a glowing complexion, relaxes facial muscles to ease tension, and supports collagen and elastin production. If you have inflamed skin or acne, it’s best to skip the massage for now.

Day 7- Full Face Yoga Routine

Day 7- , we’ll do a full face yoga routine to activate and strengthen your facial muscles, finishing with a relaxing face massage. By the time you get to day 7, you’ve seen how face yoga brings vibrancy and vitality to your skin. For lasting results, keep practicing regularly.
