This was how I felt a couple of years ago...

A few years ago, I faced a turning point in life. Menopause had altered my complexion, leaving me feeling self-conscious and drained. Anxiety was robbing me of precious sleep. Then, I stumbled upon the magic of face yoga.

At a workshop, I saw a remarkable transformation in my skin after just one session. My confidence soared, and I loved how healthy my skin looked. While I fully believe aging is a privilege, I still wanted to look and feel my best. Face yoga provided that shift. But it wasn't just about appearance; I also felt remarkably calmer and more relaxed. So, I incorporated face yoga into my daily routine, leading to incredible results.


I've embraced aging with a clear goal to age gracefully on my terms, maintaining good health and inner balance. Happiness, health, and skin appearance are intertwined.

I’ve always loved all things self care and holistic and until 2019, had always lived and worked in and around the same area in Bedfordshire, England as a hairstylist loving looking after my wonderful clients. My husband was offered a move to the US with his job and never turning down an opportunity for adventure, we took the daring decision to move across the pond!

In 2020 I discovered Face Yoga and felt an instant connection to this natural way to look and feel better. I immediately felt that I wanted to share this with other women experiencing the same changes to their skin and general sense of wellbeing. I could feel my passion drawing me to becoming a Face Yoga Coach so I enrolled in the fantastic Danielle Collins training academy. I gained my qualification which is accredited by The International Institute for Complementary Therapists and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and The Happy Face was born.

I’m looking forward to welcoming you into the world of face yoga. I’ll teach you techniques to invest in your current and future self. My goal is to make face yoga a permanent addition to your daily routine. I’ll help to motivate you, to keep you on track so you see the optimal results from this wonderful practice.
